An old oak tree outside our driveway proved to be the subject for several paintings.  Oak trees bloom at the end of summer., turning the over-all color more yellow.

     The second painting I did I put a woodpecker in the tree, as there were numerous peckers storing acorns in the neighbor's fence railings.

     The tree in this 16" x 20" acrylic on canvas I painted with a blue jay.   One bird in particular seemed to be a female, feeding young birds.  She stuck in my mind as being distinctive, having a deformed beak, looking like she always had something in her mouth.

     Second place was awarded to "Oak Tree 3" at Hemet Vallery Art Association Bronze category in Octber 2019.

     All sales are final.   Every precaution will be taken to protect artwork during shipping.  In the event product gets damaged in transport, send photo of damaged goods.  Cost of goods will be refunded.
