Already underway, this 14" x 18" canvas panel is probably the fifth time I painted water lilies in a pond.  Having several already, I wanted to make this version different.  The flowers in the lower left corner were pleasing, so I kept those.  I changed the background color, intending for my composition to look like we are seeing underwater.

     Using several sources for flowers, including photographs I took of a pond we had, "Lilies" incorporates different colored flowers.  Upon completion, it was decided that a gold frame would enhance the acrylic painting.  I looked in thrift stores, and found one exactly like a previous frame I acquired.  The only problem?  It was an inch too short for "Lilies".  Having cut a canvas panel before, I went ahead with the purchase, modifying the size and installing it in the perfect frame.

     All sales are final.  Every precaution will be taken to protect artwork during shipping.  In the event product does get damaged, in transit, send photograph of damaged goods.  Cost of goods will be refunded.
